A simple system to ensure sanitary pads are always available.

Keeping track of pads shouldn’t be a guessing game. But without a system, it’s hard to know how many pads are needed, when they run out, or if they’re reaching the people who need them. Without that data, it’s impossible to confidently know if you’re supporting women and girls the way you intended—or if gaps still exist.

In Menstrual Health Access

Periods. don't. stop.

and neither should access

Ari enhances menstrual health by ensuring that women and girls in underserved communities have consistent access to sanitary pads through our award winning, innovative sanitary pad dispensers- The pad ATM.

We support local organizations by extending reach to point of need and integrating real-time data collection into our process and dessiminating that on our platform to make it easier for them to provide pads to those who need them most.

In doing so, we tackle a critical barrier to education, dignity, and health by providing data driven access- building a world where access to menstrual health supplies is no longer a question but a guarantee.

Automated Impact System (AIS)

AIS is our smart menstrual access system designed to make product distribution seamless, reliable, and efficient. It goes beyond traditional sanitary pad dispensers by combining automated dispensing, operational support, and real-time insights to ensure product access continuously.

Seamless Access

We embed pad access into daily life ensuring it is routinely managed, just like toilet paper and soap.

  • We set up and maintain our self-service sanitary pad dispenser where women and girls can retrieve pads anywhere, anytime.
  • We handle ALL Pad ATM related tasks allowing you to focus on impact and not logistics.
  • We provide a hands-free management solution removing the burden of constant oversight.
  • We reduce the cost of data collection by automatically capturing disaggregated data at point of access.
  • Our Design requires no complex installation or specialized infrastructure to set it up.

Smarter tracking

We position menstrual health as a structured, measurable service.

  • We eliminate guesswork - removing the need to estimate supply needs.
  • We create transparency in menstrual health access, enabling for product usage to be monitored and supply gaps identified.
  • We provide real-time intervention based on user needs.
  • We measure beyond pads distributed- We track user adoption and retention.
  • We reduce reliance on self-reported data as the only source of impact data.

Scalable and Self-Sustaining

We strengthen menstrual health as a built-in service.

  • We expand through local participation, ensuring growth is driven by community needs and ownership.
  • We equip communities with the tools and support they need to manage menstrual health on their own terms.
  • With local leadership and real-time data, our approach remains self-sustaining without ongoing external oversight.
  • We build and maintain a shared ecosystem where stakeholders work together, instead of duplicating efforts.

Why did we start this?

We Realized Sanitary Pad Access Has A Chronic Systemic Issue

It lacks intergration into broader systems

Menstrual health distribution efforts rarely feed into education, healthcare, workplace, or public hygiene tracking systems. This disconnect makes it difficult to assess how menstrual health access aligns with broader health, hygiene, and well-being goals

No linkages to ESG and SROI frameworks:

Existing menstrual health access models do not connect to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and SROI (Social Return on Investment) frameworks, lacking structured accountability or measurable financial and social returns. This absence limits sustainable funding, long-term integration, and demonstrable impact beyond product distribution.

It operates on fragmented short term interventions

Menstrual health programs are often fragmented, with organizations duplicating efforts instead of collaborating. Too many initiatives are one-time interventions with no clear plan for sustainability—leading to unreliable access that remains dependent on external support rather than long-term solutions.

We Decided To Fix This Issue

Our Mission

To improve access to menstrual hygiene products by strengthening last-mile distribution infrastructure and leveraging data to enhance menstrual health initiatives.

Our vision

To ensure universal access to menstrual hygiene products.

Access + Data

Why Data Became Central to Our Mission

When we began in 2013, we thought the solution was simple—install sanitary pad dispensers and access to pads would be guaranteed. But we quickly learned that wasn’t enough. Pads ran out without warning, and we had no way to know when to refill or if a dispenser had been idle for weeks because it was out of stock or not working.

This left women and girls frustrated, eventually losing trust in the system altogether. All we had done was provide access blindly—because a sanitary pad dispenser without data is just a box on the wall.

That’s when it became clear that data wasn’t just helpful; it was essential to making sure the efforts of those who want to provide access were effective and sustainable. In 2017, we shifted our focus—not just on offering the product, the pad ATM, but on creating a system that was intuitive and intentional.

On the System

Do we need to buy the Pad ATM?

The Pad ATM is provided through a deployment model, where partners pay a one-time setup fee and a small annual maintenance fee. This ensures seamless servicing, timely replacements, and long-term reliability—while allowing you to focus on impact rather than infrastructure management.

What kind of data can we access?

Data on pad usage, inventory, and distribution patterns to assist with planning and reporting. We do not share individuals' names or their usage patterns.

What happens if the Pad ATM has a technical issue?

You can report any issues directly to our team, and we will resolve them through remote troubleshooting or on-site servicing if necessary.

What is the expected lifespan of the Pad ATM?

Each unit is built to last up to 10 years. However, if a unit ever requires replacement, we will provide one at no additional cost.

Does the cost of the pad ATM packages include pads?

Our priority is maintaining the system, but we can connect you with sanitary pad manufacturers.

Are there any additional costs beyond the setup fee?

Additional costs will apply if you choose to provide sanitary pads, access premium data reports or additional support services.
